Scope and agreement
These Website Terms (the "Terms") govern access to nextframe.ae, product browsing and enquiries, and any sale expressly accepted by NEXT FRAME TRADING ("NEXT FRAME", "we", "us" or "our"), to the extent relevant.
The website displays products and information and allows products to be added to a cart, checkout to be reviewed, and UAE delivery details to be entered. Displaying a product or price, adding it to a cart, entering shipping or billing details, or making a final checkout submission does not accept an order, reserve stock or form a sales contract. By using the website you agree to the applicable website-use provisions; where NEXT FRAME expressly accepts a sale, the transaction provisions and linked policies apply to it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Contact details
You may contact NEXT FRAME through:
- Email: hello@nextframe.ae
- Instagram: @nextframegear
Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through these channels. We may ask you to use a secure or more suitable channel for information that requires additional protection.
Eligibility and authority
Only a person who is 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract may proceed to checkout or final submission. Before final submission, the customer must personally select a separate checkbox, unchecked by default, with this text: “I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this transaction.” Submission is blocked unless it is selected. The website provides no purchase path for anyone under 18 or on a minor’s behalf through a parent, guardian or representative. The customer must review checkout information separately before submission.
If you use the website for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Business purchases may be subject to written commercial terms agreed separately; mandatory consumer rights apply where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer.
Sales territory and currency
Sales and delivery services are limited to serviceable addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer delivery to any destination outside the UAE. We may reject or cancel an order with an unsupported delivery destination.
All prices, charges, payments and refunds are displayed and processed solely in UAE dirhams (AED). NEXT FRAME does not offer a foreign-currency price or payment option. If your funding account is denominated in another currency, your payment provider may make its own conversion or apply an account charge; that does not change the AED currency of the NEXT FRAME transaction and is not imposed or controlled by NEXT FRAME.
Product information and availability
We aim to describe products accurately and to display clear information about material features, compatibility, included items, price and availability. Screen settings, manufacturing variations and photography may affect how colours or dimensions appear. Measurements described as approximate are estimates.
Product pages, stock indicators and website content provide catalogue information and do not accept an order or reserve stock. Availability is confirmed separately before any sale is accepted. Product images are illustrative unless the description says that a specific pictured item is included.
Before ordering, check compatibility, dimensions, age guidance, safety instructions and any manufacturer requirements. Contact us if information material to your decision is unclear.
We may correct an obvious typographical, technical, pricing or stock error. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will tell you and offer the lawful options, which may include reconfirming the corrected order or cancelling it for a refund of the affected amount.
Accounts and guest checkout
If account or guest-checkout functionality is available, you must provide complete and accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
We may require reasonable verification before changing account details, releasing order information or acting on a sensitive request. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, comply with law or secure the website. We will not use an account restriction to remove an accrued statutory right.
Provisions applying only to an accepted sale
Sections 7 to 12 apply only to a sale that NEXT FRAME expressly accepts and for which it issues an acceptance confirmation identifying the order reference, product, price and any delivery charges. Adding products to a cart, completing checkout fields, selecting a shipping method or pressing the final submission button is an offer by the customer to purchase; it is not acceptance by NEXT FRAME and does not by itself create an accepted order or contract.
Order submission and acceptance
The checkout page allows you to review the products, quantities, UAE delivery address, available shipping method, item prices and total amount before final submission. You are responsible for checking that information and correcting it before submission.
Final submission requires your affirmative confirmation that you are at least 18 and your acceptance of the terms and policies linked to the order. That acceptance must be recorded separately from any marketing or cookie consent.
No order is created and no sales contract is formed unless NEXT FRAME issues an express acceptance confirmation identifying the order number, accepted products, price and charges. An automated receipt, dispatch notice or bank authorisation counts as acceptance only if the notice expressly contains that confirmation and information. Before then, the submission is a checkout attempt or offer to purchase, not an order. Each accepted group may form a separate contract if an expressly accepted order is split.
If a transaction-error message appears before an express acceptance confirmation is issued, the submission has not been accepted: no order or contract is created and no amount should be debited. If your bank nevertheless displays a pending authorisation, contact us by email or Instagram without sending full card details.
We may decline a checkout attempt before acceptance, or cancel an affected part after acceptance, for a legitimate reason including unavailability, an unsupported address, an obvious error, a failed or reversed payment authorisation, suspected fraud, legal or safety restrictions, or an applicable quantity limit. Where we have taken payment without accepting a sale, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to any different method required by law or expressly agreed with you.
Order changes and cancellation requests
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or dispatch has started. If cancellation before dispatch is no longer possible, the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy explains the options that may remain available after delivery.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If only part of an order can be fulfilled, we will tell you and handle the affected part in accordance with law and the choices we offer.
Prices, promotions and charges
The price payable is the price shown for the product at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error. The checkout will identify the item price, delivery charge and any other mandatory amount included in the order total.
Promotions, discount codes, vouchers, bundles, gifts and loyalty benefits are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Unless those conditions state otherwise:
- a code is limited to one use per eligible order and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- different offers cannot be combined;
- the offer applies only during its stated period and while eligible stock lasts;
- a refund will reflect the amount actually paid and any apportioned discount; and
- misuse, automated acquisition, resale or fraud may result in cancellation of the benefit or order.
We may change future prices or offers at any time. A change does not alter a contract already accepted, except where the law or an agreed correction to an obvious error permits it.
Payment and verification
If an accepted transaction interface offers a payment method, it identifies that method and its provider before requesting payment details. Payment services may be supplied by an independent provider identified in that interface.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Entering checkout details or pressing the final submission button does not by itself make an amount due or constitute order acceptance. If the transaction fails before acceptance confirmation, no order or contract is created and no debit should occur. Your payment provider's terms may also apply to its service.
We may use proportionate fraud-prevention and order-verification measures. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm an order, address or payment authorisation, but we will never ask you to send a full card number, security code or password by email or Instagram. If verification cannot be completed, we may decline or cancel the order and initiate any amount due back to the appropriate payment method.
Refund timing and method are addressed in the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy. Processing time controlled by a bank or payment provider may fall outside our direct control.
Shipping, delivery, title and risk
The Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our UAE-only delivery area, estimates, receipt requirements and how to report delay, loss or damage.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, ownership transfers after we have received payment in full and the product has been delivered. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers when the product is delivered to you or to a person you identified to receive it. This does not affect responsibility for damage caused before delivery or your rights in relation to a defective or non-conforming product.
Returns, defects, warranty and safety
Our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy explains the voluntary return window and the process for defective, damaged, incorrect and non-conforming products. The Warranty and After-Sales Policy explains warranty assessment and the available remedies. Where mandatory UAE consumer law gives you the choice among refund, replacement and repair for a provider-attributable defect, NEXT FRAME will honour your election. A repair-led workflow applies only if you choose it or the law permits it. The Complaints, Product Safety and Recall Policy explains how to report an incident or safety concern.
Voluntary return conditions do not replace statutory remedies. In particular, a product that is defective, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, inspection and the applicable policy, a remedy may include repair, replacement or refund. A warranty remedy does not remove a non-excludable legal right.
Do not continue using a product if doing so could be unsafe or worsen damage. Follow any stop-use, inspection, return or recall instruction we issue.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- violate a law, infringe another person's rights or facilitate fraud;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material;
- bypass security, access controls, purchase limits or consent choices;
- scrape, harvest or extract data at scale without written permission;
- interfere with the website, another user or connected systems;
- impersonate another person or submit false order, account, review or complaint information; or
- use automated means to acquire limited products, promotions or benefits unfairly.
Reasonable indexing by general-purpose search engines in accordance with our technical instructions is not prohibited. We may investigate misuse and take proportionate protective action, including restricting access, cancelling a fraudulent submission or preserving evidence as permitted by law.
Reviews and other user content
If we make reviews, comments, uploads or other public submissions available, you must submit only content you are entitled to provide. Content must be relevant, accurate as to your genuine experience, and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, infringing or unsafe. Do not post another person's personal data or confidential information.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content for publication, you grant NEXT FRAME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display it for operating and promoting the website and products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law. The licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for lawful archives, backups or material already used in a permitted publication that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.
We may moderate, refuse or remove content for a legitimate reason. We do not promise to publish every review and will not suppress a genuine negative review merely because it is negative. Incentivised content must be clearly identified where required.
Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, software and other materials are owned by NEXT FRAME or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and make a reasonable personal copy of policy or order information. No other right is transferred.
Without prior written permission, you must not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, publicly distribute, modify or create derivative works from protected website material, except where the law permits. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to or interact with independent services such as payment interfaces, maps, messaging services, social networks or delivery tracking. A link does not mean that we control or endorse every aspect of that service. The third party's own terms and privacy practices may apply when you leave our website or choose to interact with it.
We remain responsible for our obligations under an accepted order and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, cookies and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how NEXT FRAME processes personal data. Our Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy explains browser storage, similar technologies and consent choices. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies must not be activated before prior affirmative consent is recorded for the relevant category.
Order, account, safety and service messages are transactional communications and may be sent where necessary to perform the contract, respond to you or meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are optional. You may withdraw a marketing choice through the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us; withdrawal does not stop essential order or safety communications.
Website availability and security
We aim to operate a useful and secure website, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, update, suspend or modify functionality for security, operational or legal reasons. Back up information that you are responsible for retaining, including order records provided to you.
No internet service is entirely free of risk. Use a supported browser, protect your credentials and verify that messages purporting to be from NEXT FRAME use expected channels. Report suspected impersonation or security issues to hello@nextframe.ae.
Responsibility and limits
NEXT FRAME is responsible for performing accepted orders and for loss for which applicable law makes us responsible. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability that cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection right.
To the maximum extent lawful, we are not responsible for an indirect or remote loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for a business loss arising from a consumer purchase. If you purchase wholly for business purposes, any separate written commercial terms may allocate business risks differently.
You are responsible for following product instructions, compatibility requirements, warnings and reasonable care obligations. This does not make you responsible for a defect, misdescription or unsafe condition that is not caused by your misuse, unauthorised modification, accident or other conduct.
Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed when an accepted order is materially affected, and provide any cancellation or refund right required by law. Payment obligations already due and rights relating to delivered defective or unsafe products are not erased by such an event.
Changes to the website or Terms
We may update these Terms for future use to reflect changes in law, products, services, technology or operations. The version and date at the top identify the displayed text. A material change will not retrospectively remove rights under an order already accepted. The policy version recorded with the accepted order will govern that order, together with any mandatory legal change and any later agreement made with you.
General provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the extent necessary; the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer an accepted order or these Terms without our consent where that would materially affect performance, but this does not restrict a transfer that law requires us to accept. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful reorganisation or transfer of business if your rights are not reduced.
The policies expressly linked from these Terms form part of the agreement to the extent relevant. If a specific policy and these Terms conflict on a specific subject, the more specific provision applies, subject always to mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and accepted orders are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can review and seek to resolve a concern through our complaint process.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer right, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or an order. These Terms do not require arbitration before a dispute arises and do not waive a right to approach a competent court or authority. After a specific dispute has arisen, the parties may choose arbitration or another resolution method only through a separate written agreement made freely at that time.
Contact and policy record
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@nextframe.ae or @nextframegear. Include the order number when the question relates to an order, but do not send sensitive payment credentials.
NEXT FRAME maintains an internal record of the Terms and linked policy versions applicable to each accepted sale. You may save or print the displayed version for your own records.
