This policy explains the delivery options prepared for NEXT FRAME. A service is available only when it is shown for the selected delivery address at Checkout.
Delivery Coverage
We are preparing delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer delivery to other countries. Service availability depends on the destination, parcel, product category, order time and the delivery partner's confirmed serviceability.
Orders are dispatched through our delivery partners. Some orders may be processed through a UAE fulfillment partner to improve dispatch speed and stock availability.
UAE Standard Delivery
The planned standard UAE delivery charge is AED 20 for an eligible parcel up to 5 kg. A charge of AED 3 for each additional started kilogram may apply above 5 kg. The maximum standard parcel weight is 20 kg; heavier or unsuitable parcels require a manual quotation.
The delivery estimate is: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. The operating cut-off basis is 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, subject to serviceability.
Same-Day Delivery Where Available
Same-day delivery is disabled by default. If separately activated, it may be shown for eligible UAE destinations and orders placed before the available cut-off time. The planned customer charge is AED 35.
Same-day delivery where available for eligible orders placed before the cut-off time. It is not promised across all UAE locations and is not available for remote-area orders.
Addresses Outside the UAE
We accept delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. International delivery is not offered.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may attempt delivery up to three times, depending on the selected service and destination. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable contact number and respond promptly to delivery communications.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated non-response, re-delivery or return charges may apply. Any charge is explained before a further dispatch is arranged where practicable.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders where shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery does not become available merely because it is mentioned in this policy.
Delays and Remote Areas
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or a revised courier charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies. Remote-area service may operate on a limited schedule, and same-day delivery is not offered for a remote destination.
Weather, access restrictions, peak demand and events outside reasonable control can affect an estimate. We will use available contact details to provide a material update when practicable.
