This policy explains how NEXT FRAME TRADING / الإطار التالي للتجارة uses cookies, local storage, session identifiers and similar technologies on nextframe.ae. It should be read with the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
The site uses only necessary technologies to deliver and secure pages, operate the session, cart and checkout steps. There is no active optional analytics, advertising, marketing, session-replay, pixel or social-embed provider.
What these technologies are
A cookie is a small value that a site writes to or reads from the browser. Local storage, a session identifier or a request-protection token may perform a similar function. Some expire when the browser closes, while others remain for a stated period to preserve a choice or protect the site.
A technology is first-party when it is set through our domain. Approved infrastructure may use a necessary technology from a hosting or security provider acting for us. An ordinary link to Instagram is not an embed and does not run that platform’s technology on our page; the platform’s processing begins after the user opens it.

Technical names may differ according to the approved content-management or protection system, but the purpose or duration must not be changed to an optional purpose without updating the register, this policy and the applicable control before activation.
Cart and checkout
Cart and session technologies remember products, quantities, currency and totals while the visitor moves to checkout. Checkout technologies validate fields, determine whether a UAE address is eligible, display the shipping method and rate, and protect submission against forgery or duplication.
Creating a session, cart or checkout state does not create a sale order, payment claim or carrier booking. If final submission does not result in a confirmed order number, the information expires under the periods above, is not converted into an order record, and personal Checkout fields are scrubbed immediately.
Session expiry is different from deletion of stored records. Expired server-side session records await scheduled cleanup; copies already held in backups expire under the separate backup-retention periods in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
No optional categories or providers
The site does not operate:
- optional visitor analytics;
- advertising measurement or marketing attribution;
- advertising pixels or audiences;
- session replay or heatmaps;
- embedded chat, video, map or social post; or
- cookies for marketing personalization or cross-site tracking.
Browsing, cart and checkout data is therefore not sent to an optional provider for such a purpose. No optional purpose may operate until the provider, purpose, data, duration and transfer are documented, this policy and the choice interface are updated, and prior express consent is obtained where required.
Cookie information and controls
This policy explains the necessary technologies used to deliver and secure the requested service. Their operation is not marketing consent, and they must not be repurposed for advertising or profiling.
The current site has no optional-cookie categories or consent-preference panel. The cookie-policy link provides this information; cookie viewing, blocking and deletion are controlled through the browser as explained below. If an optional category is introduced, the policy and applicable choice interface must be updated before activation. Where consent is required, refusing it must be as easy as accepting it, it must not be preselected, and the category must not run before an affirmative choice.
Language and choice records
English or Arabic is selected by the /en/ or /ar/ page address. The current site does not set a separate language-preference cookie and does not create a cookie-notice acknowledgement or optional-cookie consent record in browser storage or the website database.
The former descriptions of a 180-day notice preference and a 24-month cookie-choice record do not describe storage used by the current site. Any future optional-purpose consent record requires a defined purpose, retention period and appropriate control before it is introduced.
Browser controls
Browsers allow cookies to be viewed, blocked or deleted. Blocking necessary technologies may remove cart or login state or prevent some security controls and checkout fields from working. Deleting them normally starts a new session and may require signing in again. The language can still be selected through the page links.
We do not claim support for a particular browser signal until it has been tested. The published configuration has no advertising processing or data sale requiring an advertising opt-out signal.
Persons under 18
Necessary technologies are not used to target or profile persons under 18. Public pages may be browsed, but a person under 18 may not submit a transaction or create a purchase account, and a person submitting a transaction must acknowledge that they are at least 18 years old. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when a necessary technology changes or a purpose subject to a different control is introduced. The version and effective date appear above. A new optional purpose is not activated in reliance on a notice that did not cover it.
