Complaints, Product Safety and Recall Policy

Full policy text

Effective date:

Policy version: v1.0

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This policy explains how NEXT FRAME TRADING / الإطار التالي للتجارة receives and handles a complaint or report about the website, an accepted order, a service or a product, and how we manage product-safety risk, corrective action or recall within the United Arab Emirates.

Complaint and reporting channels

Complaints and reports are accepted through only these published channels:

Do not send a password, full card number, card security code or identity document in the first message. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service first and then notify us.

What may be reported

A person may report, among other matters:

  • website content, price, description or function;
  • a cart, checkout, address or shipping rule;
  • an accepted order, payment, shipment, delivery, return or warranty;
  • customer-service conduct or data protection;
  • a damaged, defective or non-conforming product, or unclear instruction or warning;
  • overheating, smoke, fire, electric shock, a swollen battery, injury or choking risk; or
  • suspected impersonation of a NEXT FRAME product, account or message.

A complaint about the website or checkout is accepted even if no order number was created. In that case, the page, approximate time, device or browser and a description are enough; do not send payment data.

Helpful information

Where applicable, the following assists our review:

  • name and reply channel;
  • confirmed order, RMA or complaint number, if any;
  • product name, model, serial number or batch;
  • incident date, clear description and requested outcome;
  • photographs, videos or screenshots redacted of sensitive data; and
  • immediate action taken to protect people or property.

Missing information does not prevent us from opening a reasonable safety report.

Logging and tracking reference

We log a formal report under a random tracking reference and link it to evidence, decisions and updates. We confirm the channel through which the response will be sent. If the same report arrives through both channels, we may combine it under one reference to avoid duplication.

An automated reply or receipt of a message is not a decision on the merits. We request additional information only where needed for verification or remedy.

Triage and priority

We classify the report by subject, risk and urgency:

  • urgent safety risk: isolate the product where possible, stop use and refer immediately for competent review;
  • product or transaction complaint: link it to the order or RMA and review rights and remedy;
  • privacy or security: restrict it to the appropriate handler and protect evidence;
  • website issue: document the page, time and technical environment and refer for investigation; and
  • general enquiry: answer it or refer it to the relevant policy or team.

Investigation and updates

We review the record, evidence and applicable policies. Where needed, we may request product inspection or information from a manufacturer, carrier or service provider. We preserve chain of custody for a product or evidence where safety or a dispute is under investigation.

If review needs more time, we provide an update stating what is outstanding, the next step and the follow-up channel. We do not delay reasonable protective action until every fact is complete where a credible risk appears.

Decision and remedy

The final response states, as applicable:

  • the matter reviewed;
  • the facts and evidence relied on;
  • the outcome and reasons;
  • the remedy or corrective action and expected period; and
  • how to request review if the complainant disagrees.

For a product defect, repair is not the exclusive remedy. We respect the consumer’s choice and mandatory rights. Where a staged remedy applies, if repair is impossible, unsuccessful or the defect recurs, we move to replacement; if replacement is unavailable or unreasonable, we refund the price in accordance with policy and law.

Review and escalation

A decision may be reviewed by emailing the tracking reference, reason for disagreement and any new evidence. Where possible, a person who did not make the first decision conducts the review. We provide a reasoned response after reviewing the record and new information.

This process does not prevent a person from complaining to the competent UAE consumer-protection or data-protection authority or using another available legal remedy.

Product-safety reports

Depending on the risk, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • direct the customer to stop use, disconnect power or safely isolate the product;
  • suspend sale or quarantine stock;
  • trace the model, batch, serial range and affected orders;
  • commission technical testing or contact the manufacturer or supplier;
  • notify a competent authority where law requires; and
  • carry out a safety repair, replacement, refund, withdrawal or recall.

Do not open a swollen battery, charge a damaged device or send hazardous material by ordinary mail. Follow the specific safety or recall instructions we provide.

Recall or corrective-action notice

Where a recall, withdrawal, safety repair, update or replacement is required, the notice identifies as applicable:

  • the affected product, model, batch or serial range;
  • the hazard and persons who may be affected;
  • whether use must stop immediately;
  • the action required from the customer;
  • the remedy and how to obtain it without a prohibited cost;
  • safe collection, transport or disposal instructions; and
  • the notice date, version and contact channel.

The notice may be published on the site and sent by email or Instagram to those who need it. A safety notice is a service communication, not marketing.

Privacy and retention

A complaint or safety file may contain contact, transaction, product, technical evidence or injury data. Access is limited to those who need it for resolution, safety, compliance or legal claims. Disclosure to a manufacturer, provider or authority is limited to what is necessary. The Privacy Policy retention periods apply, but a safety or dispute file may be kept longer while a duty or claim remains active.

Good-faith reporting and abuse

We do not disadvantage a person merely for making a good-faith report. Deliberately fabricated evidence, fraud, threats, harassment or an attempt to obtain duplicate remedies may be handled lawfully, but bad faith is not assumed merely because we disagree about the outcome.

Contact

Quote the tracking reference in later correspondence. For an urgent safety report, use “URGENT — PRODUCT SAFETY” in the email subject.
