Child Privacy and Digital Safety Notice

Full policy text

Effective date:

Policy version: v1.0

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This notice explains the controls of NEXT FRAME TRADING / الإطار التالي للتجارة concerning browsing by persons under 18, the prohibition on their transactions and purchase accounts, and our handling of child data received incidentally. It should be read with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Website Terms.

Public browsing

Anyone may browse public product, information and policy pages without creating an account or submitting a transaction. We do not request a birth date or identity document merely for public browsing.

Permission to browse does not mean that a person under 18 is eligible to purchase, create a purchase account or conduct independent commercial communications.

Transaction rule: at least 18 years old

Every site transaction is restricted to a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity. Before final submission, the person submitting the transaction must select a separate checkbox, unchecked by default, with the following text:

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this transaction.

The acknowledgement box is not preselected. Where an accepted order is created, the acknowledgement time, page language and related terms version are recorded.

No purchase or account for persons under 18

A person under 18 must not:

  • create a purchase account or use another person’s account to buy;
  • submit an order, transaction or payment details;
  • request a paid service, warranty or return as an independent customer; or
  • bypass the age control using false information.

We do not accept a parent or guardian making a purchase through the site for or on behalf of a person under 18. We therefore do not provide a “parental consent” route to authorize a child transaction, and adult supervision does not convert an under-18 transaction into an accepted transaction.

Verification and action where age is in doubt

The affirmative acknowledgement is the primary control. We may use proportionate, non-excessive verification where there is a reasonable basis to doubt age or the truth of the acknowledgement. We do not request an identity-document copy by default.

If it appears likely or becomes known that the person is under 18, or that an adult submitted the transaction on their behalf contrary to this policy, we may stop and decline the transaction, disable the relevant purchase account and delete information that is not needed. We do not turn the event into a marketing opportunity, and retain only what is needed for security, fraud prevention, compliance or protection of a right.

Data a child should not send

A person under 18 should not send through email, Instagram or any public field:

  • a full name, home or school address, or precise location;
  • telephone number, personal email address or identity document;
  • password, login code or card information;
  • photograph, voice recording or health information; or
  • another person’s data or a private conversation.

We do not request such data from a child to increase engagement, advertise or build a profile.

Cookies, marketing and profiling

The site uses only necessary technologies to deliver and secure pages and preserve language, session, cart and checkout. There are no active optional analytics, advertising, pixel, session-replay or social-embed tools.

We do not target persons under 18 with marketing or use their data for behavioural advertising, profiling or tracking. The 18+ transaction acknowledgement is not marketing consent.

Messages and content

The site does not publish user reviews, comments or uploads. A child should not arrange a private meeting, share a login code or move to an unknown account that asks for secrecy.

If a message or page appears to impersonate NEXT FRAME or requests sensitive information, it should be shown to a trusted adult and reported without forwarding unnecessary sensitive data.

Product and digital-safety information

Safety information, warnings and manufacturer instructions are available for general awareness and do not create a purchase route for persons under 18. Follow product age guidance, battery, cable and small-parts warnings, and installation and update instructions.

Where an apparent risk exists, stop use and follow the Complaints, Product Safety and Recall Policy. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

If child data is received incidentally

If we learn that data of a person under 18 was provided without an appropriate ground, we restrict access and assess its source and purpose. We delete or de-identify it unless retention is needed for security, product safety, legal duty or an active claim. We may contact a parent or competent authority where needed to protect the child or required by law, without creating a right to purchase on the child’s behalf.

Parent or responsible-adult request

A parent or responsible adult may ask us to:

  • check whether we hold child data received incidentally;
  • correct or delete it where applicable;
  • stop unwanted communications; or
  • review a privacy, impersonation or product-safety concern.

We verify the requester’s identity and relationship proportionately before disclosure or amendment. This route cannot be used to permit a purchase or account for a person under 18.

Reporting a concern

For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. To report a concern about privacy, impersonation, the site or a product:

State that the message concerns child privacy or digital safety so it can be prioritized. Do not attach an identity document or sensitive data in the first message.

Changes

We may update this notice when site functions or legal requirements change. The version and effective date appear above. The site does not operate a function directed at collecting data from persons under 18 or permitting their transactions.
